Committed to caring for the environment
Our commitment to the environment and sustainability.
No business in the 21st century can ignore its responsibilities to care for the environment and act in a sustainable way. Kingfisher is committed to implementing sustainable practices, upholding eco-friendly values and has the following key principles woven into our code of conduct.
We aim to:
- Minimise waste by ensuring that our operations are as efficient as possible.
- Minimise harmful emissions by using our fleet's most environmentally friendly vehicles.
- Actively promote and encourage recycling both internally and among clients and suppliers.
- Create and promote a product range whose production and distribution minimises environmental impact.
- Meet or, ideally, exceed all the environmental legislation related to our operations.
- Reducing the use of paper within our internal and external operations.
- Products made using the highest quality materials meaning minimal failure and waste is produced. View more on our quality guarantee here.
To meet these objectives we are also always looking for ways to make our products and procedures more environmentally-friendly. This has the added benefit of helping to reduce costs and create savings that we can pass on to our clients through lower prices.
