We are set up to deliver large volumes, fast. From our Leeds site, we run CNC and multi-spindle machines built for scale - including sliding-head lathes, 6-axis turning centres, and our flagship Index MS24-6 multi-spindle lathe with bar feed automation.

Index MS24-6 Multi-Spindle Lathe with Automatic Barloader
At Kingfisher Lubrication, we’ve invested in the INDEX MS24-6 lathe to support customers who need large volumes of precision parts—quickly and consistently. With six spindles and multiple tools working at once, we can produce complex components at speed, without compromising on quality. Citizen L20
As a specialist subcontractor, we use the Citizen L20 sliding head lathe to deliver high-precision machining for components up to 20mm in diameter. Equipped with twin spindles, driven tooling, and a 4-metre Iemca bar feeder, the L20 is ideal for complex, multi-operation parts. Its ability to turn and mill in a single setup ensures fast, efficient production, making it perfect for subcontracting projects that demand accuracy, repeatability, and quick turnaround times.

Miyano BNJ42s
We use the Miyano BNJ42s CNC lathe to support subcontracting projects that require precision and flexibility. With a 42mm diameter capacity, twin spindles, and a 3-metre Iemca bar feeder, it’s well-suited for producing medium-sized components in volume. The turret toolholder and driven tooling allow us to carry out both turning and milling operations in a single cycle—reducing handling, improving accuracy, and keeping production efficient.
