Questi componenti (1\/8&quot; x 28 BSP dritti) sono stati esaminati e si \u00e8 riscontrato quanto segue:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Le parti non sono state temprate. Dovrebbero essere cementate.<\/li>\n<li>Alcune filettature erano molto allentate nel calibro 1\/8\u00d728 BSPF non passante. Ci\u00f2 potrebbe causare perdite attorno alle filettature.<\/li>\n<li>L&#039;angolo del fianco della filettatura era 60\u00b0-65\u00b0 (dovrebbe essere 55\u00b0)<\/li>\n<li>La lunghezza del gambo rispetto alla norma DIN71412 era troppo corta, 4,5 mm (dovrebbe essere 5,0-5,5 mm)<\/li>\n<li>Il labbro era troppo lungo rispetto alla norma DIN71412, superiore a 1 mm (dovrebbe essere inferiore a 0,7 mm)<\/li>\n<li>I bordi delle parti sembrano molto arrotondati come se fossero stati a lungo immersi nell&#039;acido (probabilmente perch\u00e9 sono stati puliti durante il processo di placcatura).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-1\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-1\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-1\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row row-container\" id=\"row-unique-2\"><div class=\"row limit-width row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-6 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Dopo aver testato due componenti con grasso, si \u00e8 scoperto che la pressione di apertura, inizialmente di 230 psi e 160 psi, \u00e8 scesa a 150 psi e 60 psi. Dopo un test ad alta pressione a 8000 psi, un calo cos\u00ec significativo potrebbe indicare che la molla potrebbe rompersi con l&#039;uso ripetuto.<\/p>\n<p>Quando le due parti sono state sottoposte a test di tenuta a 5000 psi, una ha perso tutto il grasso oltre la sfera. L&#039;altra parte \u00e8 fuoriuscita dal collo! Quando questa parte \u00e8 stata sezionata, si \u00e8 scoperto che, sebbene il controllo della sfera fosse centrale, la foratura interna era molto decentrata e la parete del collo era molto sottile e crepata.<br \/>\nQuesto guasto potrebbe avere gravi conseguenze.
