Ces graisseurs semblent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 forg\u00e9s \u00e0 froid (et non usin\u00e9s) et pr\u00e9sentent donc des angles arrondis sur l&#039;hexagone et une face de bille concave.<\/p>\n<p>Les angles de l&#039;hexagone \u00e9tant arrondis et mal form\u00e9s, il \u00e9tait difficile d&#039;en mesurer les dimensions. Ces angles arrondis peuvent s&#039;av\u00e9rer g\u00eanants lors du vissage du raccord avec une douille. Les raccords fournis avaient un diam\u00e8tre de tige de 0,248\u2033 \u00e0 0,249\u2033.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-2\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-2\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-2\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row row-container\" id=\"row-unique-3\"><div class=\"row limit-width row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-6 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Photo montrant la face concave du clapet \u00e0 bille. On observe \u00e9galement une rayure sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la t\u00eate, qui semble avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e lors de la fabrication, le placage \u00e9tant intact. La face du clapet \u00e0 bille doit \u00eatre plane afin de r\u00e9duire l&#039;accumulation de contaminants sur cette surface, susceptibles de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans le raccord lors du graissage.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient \u00e9galement de noter que la couleur jaune du placage a d\u00e9teint sur les surfaces expos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les raccords ont \u00e9t\u00e9 durcis \u00e0 85-88 HR15N, mais la l\u00e8vre semble avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 adoucie ult\u00e9rieurement pour faciliter le repliage et retenir le ressort. (L&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du raccord est d\u00e9color\u00e9e, ce qui sugg\u00e8re un traitement thermique.) Cela pourrait \u00e9galement ramollir les premiers filets, ce qui pourrait affecter la capacit\u00e9 des raccords \u00e0 former un filetage dans un trou.<\/p>\n<p>Les raccords ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s \u00e0 la graisse, les pressions d&#039;ouverture \u00e9taient de 60, 70 et 240 psi, ce qui est une large plage indiquant une fabrication incoh\u00e9rente et 60\/70 psi est plut\u00f4t faible pour un raccord hydraulique.<\/p>\n<p>Les raccords ont r\u00e9ussi le test d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans la norme SAE J534.<br \/>\nLors du test de graisse haute pression des raccords \u00e0 8\u00a0000 psi (pression d&#039;essai de Kingfisher), les deux ressorts se sont effondr\u00e9s. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une d\u00e9faillance critique.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;autre raccord a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 \u00e0 haute pression jusqu&#039;\u00e0 5\u00a0000 psi, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme SAE J534. Le ressort s&#039;est \u00e9galement affaiss\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-6
