Estos engrasadores parecen haber sido forjados en fr\u00edo (en lugar de mecanizados) y, por lo tanto, presentan esquinas redondeadas en el hex\u00e1gono y una cara de retenci\u00f3n esf\u00e9rica c\u00f3ncava.<\/p>\n<p>Como las esquinas del hex\u00e1gono estaban redondeadas y no estaban bien formadas, era dif\u00edcil medir sus dimensiones. Tambi\u00e9n se observa una marca en el lateral de la cabeza que parece haberse producido durante la fabricaci\u00f3n, ya que el revestimiento no presenta da\u00f1os. La cara de la v\u00e1lvula de retenci\u00f3n debe ser plana para reducir la acumulaci\u00f3n de contaminantes en esta superficie, que podr\u00edan penetrar en el conector durante el engrase.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es de destacar que el color amarillo del enchapado se ha desvanecido en las superficies expuestas.<\/p>\n<p>Los accesorios se han endurecido a 85-88 HR15N, pero el labio parece haberse ablandado posteriormente para facilitar su plegado y retener el resorte. (El extremo del accesorio est\u00e1 decolorado, lo que sugiere que se le ha aplicado calor). Esto tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda ablandar las primeras roscas, lo que podr\u00eda afectar la capacidad de los accesorios para empezar a roscar en un orificio.<\/p>\n<p>Los accesorios fueron probados con grasa, las presiones de apertura fueron 60, 70 y 240 psi, lo que es un rango amplio que indica una fabricaci\u00f3n inconsistente y 60\/70 psi es bastante bajo para un accesorio hidr\u00e1ulico.<\/p>\n<p>Los accesorios pasaron la prueba de fugas especificada en SAE J534.<br \/>\nAl probar los accesorios con grasa a alta presi\u00f3n a 8000 psi (la presi\u00f3n a la que Kingfisher realiza la prueba), ambos resortes colapsaron. Esta es una falla cr\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>El otro accesorio se someti\u00f3 a una prueba de alta presi\u00f3n de 5000 psi seg\u00fan la norma SAE J534.
