Diese Nippel scheinen kaltgeschmiedet (und nicht maschinell bearbeitet) zu sein und haben daher abgerundete Ecken am Sechseck und eine konkave Kugelr\u00fcckschlagfl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n<p>Da die Ecken des Sechsecks abgerundet und nicht richtig geformt waren, war es schwierig, die Sechseckabmessungen zu messen. Die abgerundeten Ecken k\u00f6nnen sich beim Einschrauben einer Stecknuss als nachteilig erweisen. Die mitgelieferten Fittings hatten einen Schaftdurchmesser von 0,248\u2033\u20130,249\u2033.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-2\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-2\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-2\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row row-container\" id=\"row-unique-3\"><div class=\"row limit-width row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-6 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Das Bild zeigt die konkave Kugelfl\u00e4che. An der Seite des Kopfes befindet sich au\u00dferdem eine Kerbe, die offenbar w\u00e4hrend der Herstellung entstanden ist, da die Beschichtung unbesch\u00e4digt ist. Die Kugelfl\u00e4che sollte flach sein, um die Ansammlung von Verunreinigungen auf dieser Oberfl\u00e4che zu reduzieren, die beim Schmieren in die Armatur gelangen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n<p>Bemerkenswert ist auch, dass die gelbe Farbe der Beschichtung an den freiliegenden Oberfl\u00e4chen abgerieben ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fittings wurden auf 85\u201388 HR15N geh\u00e4rtet, die Lippe scheint jedoch nachtr\u00e4glich aufgeweicht worden zu sein, um das Umklappen zur Befestigung der Feder zu erleichtern. (Das Ende des Fittings ist verf\u00e4rbt, was auf Hitzeeinwirkung hindeutet.) Dies k\u00f6nnte auch die ersten Gewindeg\u00e4nge erweichen, was die F\u00e4higkeit des Fittings beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnte, ein Gewinde in einem Loch zu bilden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Armaturen wurden mit Fett getestet. Die \u00d6ffnungsdr\u00fccke lagen bei 60, 70 und 240 psi, was einen gro\u00dfen Bereich darstellt, der auf eine inkonsistente Herstellung hindeutet, und 60\/70 psi ist f\u00fcr eine Hydraulikarmatur eher niedrig.<\/p>\n<p>Die Armaturen haben den in SAE J534 festgelegten Dichtheitstest bestanden.<br \/>\nAls die Armaturen mit einem Hochdruckfett von 8.000 psi (dem Druck, mit dem Kingfisher testet) getestet wurden, brachen beide Federn zusammen. Dies ist ein kritischer Fehler.<\/p>\n<p>Die andere Armatur wurde gem\u00e4\u00df SAE J534 einem Hochdrucktest mit 5.000 psi unterzogen.
