Diese Teile (1\/8&quot; x 28 BSP Straight) wurden untersucht und folgendes festgestellt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Die Teile wurden nicht geh\u00e4rtet. Sie sollten einsatzgeh\u00e4rtet sein.<\/li>\n<li>Einige Gewinde waren im 1\/8\u00d728 BSPF-No\/Go-Messger\u00e4t sehr locker. Dies kann zu Undichtigkeiten im Gewindebereich f\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Der Flankenwinkel des Gewindes betrug 60\u00b0-65\u00b0 (es sollten 55\u00b0 sein)<\/li>\n<li>Die Schaftl\u00e4nge gegen\u00fcber DIN71412 war mit 4,5mm zu kurz (es sollten 5,0-5,5mm sein)<\/li>\n<li>Die Lippe war im Vergleich zur DIN71412 mit \u00fcber 1 mm zu lang (sie sollte weniger als 0,7 mm betragen)<\/li>\n<li>Die Kanten der Teile sehen sehr abgerundet aus, als ob sie lange Zeit in S\u00e4ure gelegen h\u00e4tten (m\u00f6glicherweise als sie im Rahmen des Beschichtungsprozesses gereinigt wurden).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-1\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-1\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-1\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row row-container\" id=\"row-unique-2\"><div class=\"row limit-width row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-6 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell no-block-padding\" ><div class=\"uncont\" ><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Bei einem Fetttest an zwei Teilen stellte sich heraus, dass der \u00d6ffnungsdruck von anf\u00e4nglich 230 psi und 160 psi auf 150 psi und 60 psi abfiel. Nach einem Hochdrucktest bei 8000 psi k\u00f6nnte ein solcher starker Abfall darauf hinweisen, dass die Feder bei wiederholtem Gebrauch versagen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Dichtheitspr\u00fcfung der beiden Teile mit 5000 psi trat bei einem Teil das gesamte Fett an der Kugel vorbei aus. Beim anderen Teil trat Fett aus dem Hals aus! Beim Zerlegen dieses Teils stellte sich heraus, dass die Kugelr\u00fcckschlagklappe zwar mittig sa\u00df, die Innenbohrung jedoch sehr au\u00dfermittig war und die Halswand sehr d\u00fcnn und gerissen war.<br \/>\nDieser Fehler kann schwerwiegende Folgen haben.
